1. Scope
1.1 This Standard applies to factory-made unitary heat pumps, single-package, or matched assemblies of the type classified in Clause
1.4 intended for application in residential, commercial, and industrial heating and cooling systems.
1.2 This Standard applies only to electrically driven, mechanical, vapour-compression systems charged with one of the refrigerants listed in Group 1 of CSA Standard B52.
